You Just Did What Most Skinny Guys Never Do
My guy, you finally stopped waiting.
Months of training. Months of eating “plenty.” Months of the same reflection in the mirror and the same “stick” jokes from your guys. And instead of saving up for another ₦40,000 tub or quitting the gym altogether, you chose a plan built on food that is already sitting in your local market.
That was a real decision. Most guys keep scrolling. You didn’t.
I know exactly where you are, because I was there. Same thin arms, same shirts hanging off me, same feeling that something was wrong with my body. Nothing was wrong with me, and nothing is wrong with you. I just didn’t know what to put on my plate. Now you will.

Start Here: Your First 24 Hours
Don’t try to read all 92 pages tonight. Do these things, in this order.
- Tonight Open The Naija Mass Plate. Read Part 1, The Full-Stomach Trap, and Part 2, The Day 1 Food Check (pages 4 to 19). This is where you finally see why “just eat more” never worked for you.
- Before bed Do the Food Check. Write down everything you ate today, from your first meal to your last, and total it using the steps in Part 2. The difference between that number and what your body needs is your gap. Don’t skip this. Everything else in the plan is built on it.
- Tomorrow morning Weigh yourself before breakfast and write your starting weight, arm, chest and waist on The 90-Day Size Tracker. Then read Part 3, Your Daily Target (pages 20 to 25), and start Day 1 of The Plate on page 26. Check Part 5 (page 50) for what you need for your first Pour, pick it up at the market, and make it that evening.
If you stay in a hostel with no fridge or blender, open The Hostel Bulk Guide before you go to market. It was written for exactly your situation.
One Last Thing
This guide won’t change your body on its own. What you do with it, plate after plate and day after day, is what will. Eat the plate, drink the pour, show up even when you don’t feel like it, and let your tracker show you what the mirror hasn’t caught up to yet.
